Let me start off by saying: "Life is too short to drink bad wine." this is a pretty popular quote that I have heard. I must make my own and say life is too short to eat bad food.
I live to eat, food is just so great, especially when you take the time to actually savor it. The reason for me creating this blog is to share with others the delights of eating good tasting food. And also because I have to make a food journal for my class but that's secondary.
